Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Plans change, and we get it. You can cancel or reschedule any appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled time.

Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before your appointment are charged 50% of the service price.

Missed appointments with no notice are charged the full service price.

If you booked with a gift card, package, or stored session, the same applies to that session.
